✈️Proposed Airworthiness Directive for Airbus A350 Aircraft

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus SAS Model A350-941 and -1041 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a determination that the applicable aircraft flight manual (AFM) was providing an incorrect value for maximum cumulative taxi time in freezing fog conditions. This proposed AD would require revising the existing AFM to provide the flightcrew with normal procedures to follow under certain conditions, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference (IBR). The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

✈️Proposed Airworthiness Directive for Airbus SAS Airplanes by FAA

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus SAS Model A300 B4-600, B4-600R, and F4-600R series airplanes; and Model A300 C4-605R Variant F airplanes (collectively called Model A300-600 series airplanes). This proposed AD was prompted by a determination that new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations are necessary. This proposed AD would require revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference (IBR). The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

🛩️New Airworthiness Directive for Airbus AS332C Helicopters Proposed

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Helicopters Model AS332C helicopters. This proposed AD was prompted by a determination that new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations are necessary. This proposed AD would require revising the airworthiness limitations section (ALS) of the existing maintenance manual (MM) or instructions for continued airworthiness (ICAs) and the existing approved maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

✈️Proposed Airworthiness Directive for Airbus A350

The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2023-02-18, which applies to certain Airbus SAS Model A350-941 and - 1041 airplanes. AD 2023-02-18 requires revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations. Since the FAA issued AD 2023-02-18, the FAA has determined that new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations are necessary. This proposed AD would continue to require certain actions in AD 2023-02-18 and would require revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference (IBR). The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

✈️Proposed Rulemaking for Airbus EC225LP Airworthiness Directive

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Helicopters Model EC225LP helicopters.

🚁Proposed Airworthiness Directive for Airbus Helicopters AS332L1

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Helicopters Model AS332L1 helicopters.

✈️FAA Proposes Airworthiness Directive for Airbus A350-941 and -1041

The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2020-03-14, which applies to all Airbus SAS Model A350-941 and -1041 airplanes. AD 2020-03-14 requires an inspection of affected crew oxygen cylinder assemblies for any discrepancy and replacement of discrepant crew oxygen cylinder assemblies with serviceable parts, and allows installation of affected parts under certain conditions. Since the FAA issued AD 2020-03-14, the supplier introduced an improved oxygen cylinder assembly, that will ensure the correct function of the system. This proposed AD would continue to require the actions in AD 2020-03-14 and would require replacement of all affected parts with redesigned parts and would also prohibit the installation of affected parts, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference (IBR). The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

✈️Proposed Airworthiness Directive for Airbus A350 Planes Impacting Compliance Costs

The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2022-27-01, which applies to certain Airbus SAS Model A350-941 and - 1041 airplanes. AD 2022-27-01 requires replacing affected fasteners and applying additional head nut cap protection at the front and rear spars in the center wing box (CWB). Since the FAA issued AD 2022-27-01, the FAA determined that additional Airbus SAS Model A350 manufacturer serial numbers (MSNs) are affected by the same potential unsafe condition. This proposed AD would continue to require the actions in AD 2022-27-01 and would expand the applicability to include the additional Airbus SAS Model A350 MSNs, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference (IBR). The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

✈️Proposed Airworthiness Directive for Airbus SAS Airplanes by FAA

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus SAS Model A300 B4-2C, A300 B4-203, A300 B4-603, A300 B4-605R, A300 B4-622, A300 B4-622R, and A300 F4-605R airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by reports of cracking of the main landing gear (MLG) support rib 5 lower flange on certain modified airplanes due to incorrect accomplishment of modification instructions. This proposed AD would require a special detailed inspection (geometrical inspection) of the MLG rib 5 lower flange holes on the left-hand wing and right- hand wing and repair if necessary, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference (IBR). The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Canada Limited Partnership (ACLP) Model BD-500-1A10 and BD-500- 1A11 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a design review of aircraft structural and stress reports that resulted in a revision of operational loads for some aircraft flight phases. This AD requires using a certain version of the aircraft structural repair manual (ASRP) and a review and disposition of repairs based on previous versions, as specified in a Transport Canada AD, which is incorporated by reference. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
