The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is providing public notice each week for four consecutive weeks of receipt and availability of an application for a construction permit (CP) from Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) for the Clinch River Nuclear Site in Roane County, Tennessee. The application, proposing to construct a GE- Hitachi BWRX-300 reactor, was received in two parts on April 25 and May 20, 2025.
