📄Notice on Office of Minority Health Organizational Structure Changes

This notice provides an update to the organizational structure for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the Secretary (OS), Office of Minority Health (OMH). OMH has changed the name of the Division of Information and Education (DIE acronym), as noted in an April 11, 1995 Federal Register Notice, to the Division of Strategic Communication and Community Engagement (DCE acronym). This name change better aligns with the functions of the division and provides for a more socially acceptable acronym. The functions of the division are unchanged from the April 11, 1995 Federal Register Notice.

❌Withdrawal of Victims of Crime Act Proposed Rule by DOJ Office

The Office of Justice Programs ("OJP"), a bureau of the Department of Justice and the component under which the Office for Victims of Crime ("OVC") resides, is withdrawing a proposed rule that was published in the Federal Register on February 5, 2024, which proposed to add a subpart to its regulations to replace the existing Victim Compensation Program Guidelines under the Victims of Crime Act, and update and codify requirements for that Program.

The Securities and Exchange Commission published a notice document in the Federal Register on December 27, 2024, concerning a Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request; Extension: Regulation BTR. The document contained a typographical error.
