This action proposes to establish Class E airspace area extending upward from 700 feet or more above the surface of the earth at Pine Bluffs Municipal Airport, Pine Bluffs, WY. This action would support the airport's transition from visual flight rules (VFR) to instrument flight rules (IFR) operations.

The Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary--Indian Affairs, exercising authority by delegation of the Assistant Secretary--Indian Affairs, made a final agency determination to acquire in trust 160.333 acres, more or less, of land known as the Vallejo Site in Solano County, California, for the Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians for gaming and other purposes.

The Assistant Secretary--Indian Affairs made a final agency determination to acquire in trust 2.42 acres, more or less, of land known as the Medford Site in the City of Medford, Jackson County, Oregon, for gaming and other purposes.

The United States Department of the Interior (Department) revises the regulations governing the process through which the Secretary acknowledges an Indian Tribe, creating a conditional, time- limited opportunity for denied petitioners to re-petition for Federal acknowledgment.

🚚Analysis of the Draft Designation of National Multimodal Freight Network

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT or Department) is publishing a draft designation of the National Multimodal Freight Network (NMFN or Network) as required Federal law. The designation is informed by the comments received on a notice published by DOT on April 12, 2024. DOT is also using this notice to request comments or proposed modifications to the draft Network prior to designating the Network. Once the Network is designated by DOT, States will have the opportunity to submit additional designations through the "State Input" process required by statute.

🌲Final Approval of Revised Land Management Plan in Idaho

Heath Perrine, Acting Forest Supervisor for the Nez Perce- Clearwater National Forests, Northern Region, signed the final Record of Decision (ROD) for the Revised Land Management Plan (LMP) for the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests. The final ROD documents the rationale for approving the Revised LMP and is consistent with the Reviewing Officers' responses to objections and instructions.
