The Commission publishes in the Federal Register any settlement that it provisionally accepts under the Consumer Product Safety Act. Published below is a provisionally accepted Settlement Agreement with Fitbit, LLC, containing a civil penalty in the amount of $12,250,000 subject to the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to provisionally accept the proposed Settlement Agreement and Order pertaining to Fitbit, LLC.

⚖️Antidumping Duty Orders on Strontium Chromate from Austria and France

As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on strontium chromate from Austria and France would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the dumping margins identified in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.

📦New Mailing Standards for Hazardous Materials Announced by USPS

The Postal Service is amending Publication 52, Hazardous, Restricted, and Perishable Mail (Pub 52 or Publication 52) by adding new section 131 to require specific outer packaging when mailing most hazardous materials (HAZMAT) or dangerous goods (DG), to remove quantity restrictions for nonregulated toxic materials, and to remove the telephone number requirement from the lithium battery mark.
