The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on common alloy aluminum sheet (CAAS) from the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye) to correct ministerial errors. Based on the amended final results, we find that the companies under review sold CAAS in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published notice in the Federal Register on August 9, 2022, in which Commerce announced the final results of the 2020 administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on softwood lumber from Canada. That notice incorrectly stated the all-others rate established in the less than fair value investigation to be 6.58 percent. The correct all-others rate established in the less than fair value investigation is 6.04 percent.

That notice incorrectly stated the all-others rate established in the less than fair value investigation to be 6.58 percent. The correct all-others rate established in the less than fair value investigation is 6.04 percent.

Commerce intends to address the covered merchandise referral in Commerce's ongoing circumvention inquiry (Malaysia Assembly) to determine whether merchandise described in the referral is subject to the AD order on MSG from China. Interested parties are invited to comment and submit factual information.
