Lake Charles LNG Export asks DOE to amend its existing authorizations to export domestically produced liquefied natural gas (LNG) to non-free trade agreement countries set forth in DOE/FE Order Nos. 3868 and 4010 (both as amended)--specifically, to extend the current commencement of export operations deadline in both orders.
