The Department of Labor (the Department), in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, provides the general public and Federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and continuing collections of information. This helps the Department assess the impact of its information collection requirements and minimize the public's reporting burden. It also helps the public understand the Department's information collection requirements and provide the requested data in the desired format. The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) is soliciting comments on the extension of the information collection requests (ICRs) contained in the documents described below. ✈️New CNMI EVS-TAP Regulations

This document announces the implementation of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) Economic Vitality & Security Travel Authorization Program (EVS-TAP). The CNMI EVS-TAP is a restricted sub-program of the Guam-CNMI Visa Waiver Program and allows prescreened nationals of the People's Republic of China to travel to the CNMI without a visa under specified conditions. In accordance with Department of Homeland Security regulations, DHS will begin implementation of the CNMI EVS-TAP requirements 45 days after publication of this notification of implementation in the Federal Register.
