Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on January 13, 2025, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Synesqo SA of Belgium; Solvay Specialty Polymers, USA LLC of Alpharetta, Georgia; and Solvay Specialty Polymers Italy S.P.A. of Italy. A supplement to the complaint was filed on February 3, 2025.
