🌲FERC Notice on Woodland Pulp's Environmental Assessment Availability
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has reviewed Woodland Pulp, LLC's application for surrendering the license of the Forest City Project and has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA). The EA evaluates the environmental effects of the proposed surrender and establishes that it will not significantly impact the quality of the human environment. Comments are invited from the public before the deadline.
