💼New CBP Immigration Fees for FY 2025

This notice advises the public that, pursuant to HR-1, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will require aliens to pay a new fee to apply for a CBP Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Record, and to enroll in the Electronic Visa Update System. Additionally, pursuant to HR-1, the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) fee for authorizations has increased. This notice advises the public of the HR- 1 applicable fees for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025.

🚫U.S. Passport Travel Restrictions to North Korea Extended to 2026

On September 1, 2017, all U.S. passports were declared invalid for travel to, in, or through the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), unless specially validated for such travel. The restriction was extended for one year in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 and, if not renewed, the restriction is set to expire on August 31, 2025. This notice extends the restriction until August 31, 2026, unless extended or revoked by the Secretary of State.

This notice announces that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will conduct a Voluntary Self-Reported Exit (VSRE) Pilot to collect facial images from certain aliens, specifically aliens subject to Form I-94 (Arrival/Departure Record) requirements, exiting the United States from any location.
