🍅Termination of Suspension Agreement & Antidumping Duty on Tomatoes

On April 14, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) gave 90 days' notice of its intent to withdraw from the 2019 Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Duty Investigation on Fresh Tomatoes from Mexico (2019 Agreement), terminate the 2019 Agreement, and institute an antidumping duty (AD) order. Accordingly, Commerce is withdrawing from and terminating the 2019 Agreement, rescinding both of the ongoing administrative reviews of the 2019 Agreement, and issuing an AD order on fresh tomatoes from Mexico.
