⚡️Transfer of Exemption for Hydroelectric Project Ownership
The Department of Energy announces the transfer of exemption from licensing for the Zilm Hydroelectric Project No. 7313, originally issued in 1984. Owners Kurt and Velma Zilm have informed the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission of their new ownership status. The transfer does not necessitate Commission approval.
