Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission ("Commission") has determined to issue (1) a general exclusion order ("GEO") prohibiting the importation of products that infringe claim 1 of U.S. Patent No. 8,721,511 ("the '511 patent") or the claim of U.S. Patent No. D659,208 ("the D'208 patent"); and (2) a limited exclusion order ("LEO") prohibiting entry of products that infringe claim 19 of the '511 patent or the claim of U.S. Patent No. D659,205 ("the D'205 patent") that are imported by or on behalf of certain defaulting respondents. 📉Regulatory Notice on Exercise Equipment Trade Investigation

Notice is hereby given that on April 30, 2025, the presiding administrative law judge ("ALJ") issued a Summary Determination on Violation of Section 337. On May 12, 2025, the ALJ issued an Order cancelling the evidentiary hearing because all issues before the ALJ have been resolved and terminating the investigation before the ALJ. In the Summary Determination and the Order, the ALJ also issued a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding should a violation be found in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission is soliciting submissions on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief should the Commission find a violation.
