The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is withdrawing its Policy Statement on the Treatment of Environmental Justice Matters in NRC Regulatory and Licensing Actions (Environmental Justice Policy Statement) and its Environmental Justice Strategy. The NRC is withdrawing these documents to reflect a recent executive order on Environmental Justice.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission will hold a public hearing on April 24, 2025. The Commission will hold this hearing in person and telephonically. At this public hearing, the Commission will hear testimony on the projects listed in the Supplementary Information section of this notice. Such projects and actions are intended to be scheduled for Commission action at its next business meeting, tentatively scheduled for June 4, 2025, which will be noticed separately. The public should note that this public hearing will be the only opportunity to offer oral comments to the Commission for the listed projects and actions. The deadline for the submission of written comments is May 5, 2025.

Such projects and actions are intended to be scheduled for Commission action at its next business meeting, tentatively scheduled for March 13, 2025, which will be noticed separately. The public should note that this public hearing will be the only opportunity to offer oral comments to the Commission for the listed projects and actions. The deadline for the submission of written comments is February 10, 2025.
