⏳SEC Proposes Change to CAT Compliance Rule on Timestamp Exemption
The SEC announced the immediate effectiveness of a proposed rule change by the Miami International Securities Exchange, LLC, to amend Rule 1706, updating the expiration date of an exemption related to timestamp granularity from April 8, 2025, to April 8, 2030. This change aims to ensure compliance with the extended relief granted to Industry Members regarding reporting practices under the Consolidated Audit Trail.
