⚙️Steel Import Injury Determination by International Trade Commission

The International Trade Commission has determined that U.S. industries may be materially injured by unfairly priced imports of steel concrete reinforcing bars from Algeria, Bulgaria, Egypt, and Vietnam. Following a series of investigations, the Commission will commence final phase investigations, which could lead to the imposition of countervailing duties and tariffs on affected imports.
