Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), a Federal Power Marketing Administration of the Department of Energy (DOE), announces its Parker-Davis Project (P-DP) proposed 2028 resource pool power allocations. WAPA developed the proposed power allocations under its Final 2028 P-DP Power Marketing Plan and Call for 2028 Resource Pool Applications (Final 2028 Plan), published in the Federal Register on November 12, 2024. Applications received by the January 31, 2025, deadline were considered for a proposed resource pool power allocation. The airport will be compensated for the fair market value of the land.
