The changes include updating the format, updating the system of records name/title, changing the designation of the system manager, and updating information concerning the location of the system of records, referencing the authority for maintaining the records, modifying routine use (M), adding two new routine uses (N) and (O), respectively, and making certain clerical and clarifying revisions.
