The Administrator of the Southwestern Power Administration (Southwestern) has confirmed, approved, and placed into effect on an interim basis Rate Order No. SWPA-87 (Rate Order), which provides the following Integrated System rate schedules: Wholesale Rates for Hydro Peaking Power (P-23), Wholesale Rates for Non-Federal Service (NFS-23), and Wholesale Rates for Excess Energy (EE-23).
