The FCC's request for comments on information collection impacts compliance and regulatory requirements affecting small businesses, particularly those with fewer than 25 employees. The focus on reducing paperwork burdens indicates potential financial relief and easier navigation of regulatory processes for digital FM stations, who must comply with new notifications and operations under the revised Form 2100, Schedule 335-FM.
