The Assistant Secretary--Indian Affairs approved the Squaxin Island Tribe of the Squaxin Island Reservation, Amended Leasing Ordinance under the Helping Expedite and Advance Responsible Tribal Homeownership Act of 2012 (HEARTH Act).
