Summary
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that sales of certain steel nails (steel nails) from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) were made at less than normal value (NV). The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review, in part, with respect to 19 companies that had no entries of the subject merchandise during the POR.
