("JBS Hair") to terminate the investigation as to the remaining active respondents based on withdrawal of the complaint, and (2) to request written submissions from the parties, interested government agencies, and interested persons, under the schedule set forth below, on remedy, the public interest, and bonding with respect to respondents previously found to be in default.
