The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires (passenger tires) from Taiwan were not sold at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Commerce preliminarily finds that the producer/exporter subject to this review did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than NV.
